**Job title** Solutions Architect **Role Summary** Lead pre‑sales activities for Certinia PSA and FMS solutions across the UK and EMEA. Drive solution discovery, design, positioning and client engagements to accelerate deal cycles and establish a high‑impact practice in a niche market. **Expectations** - Rapidly articulate the business value of Certinia solutions to enterprise prospects. - Accelerate sales cycles in emerging markets and differentiate practice from competitors. - Build trusted, long‑term relationships with C‑suite and technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct solution discovery workshops to uncover client pain points, technical needs and success criteria. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop account plans, win themes and pursue strategies. - Design, scope and configure tailored Certinia PSA/FMS implementations, quoting, billing, resource planning and forecast models. - Deliver high‑impact demos, technical presentations and workshops to business and technical audiences. - Own continuous learning, thought leadership and market development initiatives to build practice credibility. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of pre‑sales, solution engineering or solutions consulting experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Certinia, or equivalent). - Deep functional knowledge of Certinia PSA/FMS (or comparable PSA/Financial Management solutions). - Proven track record of delivering compelling demos and workshops that win business and technical commitment. - Fluent in English, based in the UK or EMEA, with ability to work EMEA business hours. - Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. - Salesforce and Certinia certifications highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Accounting System Administration, PSA System Administration). ---
