**Role Summary**
Senior engineering executive responsible for the overall technical direction, delivery, and quality of client-facing solutions within an AI‑driven healthcare consumer experience platform. Leads a high‑performing engineering organization, mentors teams, and collaborates closely with product, customer success, and operations to ensure rapid, reliable, and scalable product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and evolve system architecture, coding standards, and best practices for client solutions.
- Implement and refine engineering processes, rituals, and metrics to increase visibility and performance.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent; empower teams to deliver on objectives.
- Partner with product, design, and customer success to align technical feasibility with business goals.
- Manage project scope, timelines, estimates, budget compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Handle client escalations, de‑escalation strategies, and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with security, access management, and internal policy requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced expertise in solution architecture and scalable system design.
- Proven engineering leadership in building and managing high‑performing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Extensive client‑facing experience: managing expectations, escalations, and delivery.

- Familiarity with security compliance and policy execution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are advantageous but not mandatory.
