Subsea Inspection Engineer - Paris/Angola
Job Description
Job Title: Subsea Inspection Engineer Role Summary: Lead the development, implementation, and execution of subsea inspection strategies for offshore assets, ensuring compliance with DNV, API, ISO and regulatory standards. Manage risk‑based inspection (RBI) programs, pipeline integrity, and anomaly resolution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support asset integrity and operational readiness. Expectations: Deliver detailed inspection workpacks, analyse inspection data, produce technical reports, and maintain compliance registers. Participate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews, support repair recommendations, and coordinate pipeline pigging campaigns. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of CMIMS and inspection templates. Key Responsibilities - Define inspection scope and techniques based on asset criticality, failure modes, and risk. - Develop and implement RBI and CMIMS tools for greenfield subsea infrastructure. - Build inspection templates, procedures, manuals and detailed workpacks for ROV/AUV campaigns. - Analyse video, sonar, CP, NDT data and generate actionable reports. - Ensure compliance with DNV, API, ISO, and other regulatory standards. - Participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and technical reviews for subsea scopes. - Manage anomaly detection, defect assessment, and recommend repairs. - Lead pipeline integrity management, including intelligent pigging and RBI plans. - Coordinate inspection activities across contractors, vendors, classification societies, and authorities. - Maintain subsea inspection registers and integrate deliverables into CMIMS. Required Skills - 10+ years subsea inspection and integrity management in oil & gas. - Deep knowledge of subsea production systems, SURF/SPS packages. - Expertise in RBI methodologies and asset integrity programs. - Hands‑on experience with ROV/AUV inspections and data interpretation. - Pipeline integrity and intelligent pigging campaign knowledge (advantage). - Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Fluent English (written & spoken); French or Portuguese a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Subsea, Naval Architecture or related engineering field. - Certifications or proven competency in DNV, API, ISO standards relevant to subsea inspection. - Experience with HAZID/HAZOP, RBI, and CMIMS systems.

**Job Title** Offshore Geotechnical Engineer **Role Summary** Plan, conduct, and interpret offshore geotechnical investigations for large offshore wind, oil & gas, and subsea projects.
