About the Company

DCS GROUP UK is the official distributor for P&G, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Kenvue, SC Johnson, PZ Cussons, Coty, Grenade, and many more household names.

A UK Top 250 privately owned company, founded by Denys C Shortt OBE in 1994, DCS now has annual sales of more than PS300m and employs 500 people. 30+ years of successive growth has pushed DCS to expand in size and this has been facilitated by the recent purchase and move to a 25-acre site in Banbury.

Since its founding, the company has sold over PS3 billion in Household, Health and Beauty products. Enliven, DCS' own brand, is produced in-house at the DCS Manufacturing site in Redditch. In addition to this, DCS Manufacturing works with internationally recognised brands and retailers to develop, manufacture and launch Health & Beauty products. The state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot production facility in Worcestershire is at the centre of our operations.

Denys Shortt also owns the Enable platform which provides retro and rebate management software to a multitude of blue-chip companies worldwide https://enable.com. Denys Shortt, founder and Chairman, is a former England hockey player with an unerring enthusiasm for the Midlands region. He served as the former Chairman of the Coventry & Warwickshire LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership) and has supported many organisations including the Shakespeare Hospice, Stratford-upon-Avon Football Club, and as Chair of the Stratford Hospital Appeal which has raised over PS1m. In recognition of his efforts as LEP Chairman, Denys was awarded an OBE in 2013 for Services to the Economy.
