Job Description
**Job Title:** Director, Product Partnership Strategy **Role Summary:** Owns and expands strategic partnerships with leading trading data and messaging providers (ICE, LSEG/Refinitiv, Bloomberg) to deliver integrated messaging, directory, compliance and connectivity solutions. Leads the full partnership lifecycle—strategy, relationship building, commercial negotiation, technical integration, joint go‑to‑market, operational governance, and continuous performance optimization. **Expectations:** - Generate partner‑driven pipeline and revenue for priority segments. - Accelerate time‑to‑market for integrations, certifications, and joint launches. - Maintain high service quality: SLA adherence, escalation resolution, and joint customer CSAT/NPS. - Ensure regulatory compliance and successful audits of retention, archiving, and surveillance. - Achieve partnership milestones: designations, marketplace listings, co‑innovation outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define & execute partnership strategy across messaging, directory/identity, compliance capture, and managed connectivity. - Build multi‑level relationships (product, engineering, commercial, executive) and maintain joint roadmaps. - Lead commercial negotiations (MSAs, SOWs, renewals) with Legal, Finance, and Executive stakeholders. - Orchestrate technical integration (APIs, federation gateways, directory sync, entitlements, retention/archiving, surveillance). - Drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Marketing & Sales (use cases, packaging, pricing, co‑marketing, enablement). - Establish governance cadence (QBRs/MBRs), manage escalations, and ensure SLA compliance. - Partner with Compliance & InfoSec to satisfy securities and market‑regulation requirements. - Track partner pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records in CRM/PRM. - Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes; translate insights into roadmap opportunities. - Represent the organization at industry events and advocate for customers within partner ecosystems. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years product management with proven partnership experience in capital markets, enterprise SaaS, or communications technology. - Hands‑on experience with ICE, LSEG/Refinitiv, Bloomberg or similar ecosystems. - Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation capability. - Cross‑functional leadership (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, InfoSec, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success). - Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEC 17a‑4/18a‑6, FINRA, FCA, MiFID II). - Technical knowledge of APIs, federation, directory services, entitlement management, and data retention/archiving. - Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Product Manager, Risk Management) preferred.

Job title: Systems Engineer Role Summary: Provide installation, configuration, and front‑line technical support for advanced server, network, and cloud‑based communication products in a fast‑paced financial services environment. Deliver timely resolution of service events, participate in project lifecycles, and maintain high service‑level standards while supporting customer site visits and on‑call duties. Expectations: • On‑site and on‑call availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required. • Meet or exceed defined SLA targets for incident resolution. • Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and cross‑functional team members. • Maintain accurate documentation and ownership of tasks through completion. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and troubleshoot server, network, and VoIP communication equipment. • Perform root‑cause analysis for service events and develop corrective actions. • Conduct on‑site travel for customer support, deployments, and equipment changes. • Create and manage statements of work, service tickets, and project documentation. • Utilize network analysis tools (Wireshark, Cisco packet capture, SNMP, bandwidth testers). • Manage network components: VPN, VLANs, routing, switching, IPv4/IPv6, QoS. • Maintain VoIP infrastructure: SIP, QoS, packetization, VoIP protocols, traffic convergence. • Oversee cabling infrastructure: fiber optic, Cat 6/12, patch panels, riser installation. • Apply domain and workgroup management, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and basic telephony knowledge (T‑1, DS3, DS‑O, ARDs, 4‑wire. Required Skills: • Strong verbal and technical writing skills; adept at drawing and documentation. • Proficient troubleshooting methodology and root‑cause analysis. • Deep understanding of VoIP technologies (QoS, packetization, protocols, bandwidth management). • Solid networking foundation (WAN, LAN, ATM, subnetting, routing, switching). • Experience with Wireshark, proprietary Cisco packet capture, bandwidth tests, and SNMP. • Domain/workgroup administration; DHCP, DNS, NTP expertise. • Familiarity with basic telephony systems (T‑1, DS3, DS‑O, ARDs, Hoot’s, channel banks). • Comprehensive knowledge of cabling, fiber optics, patching, Cat 6/12, and color code conventions. • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially SaaS models. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with regional and global teams.
