About the Company

We work with scaling businesses to create positive impact.

From partnering with serial entrepreneurs, to supporting first-time founders, we are trusted advisors to some of the world’s most dynamic and disruptive emerging brands. We solve business challenges through a people-first lens and action-orientated approach.

We work across a variety of different industries, but have a particularly strong track record working with consumer, D2C, marketplace and omnichannel businesses.

We’re not a slow, traditional exec search firm with eye-watering fees. Nor are we an out-of-touch strategy firm full of consultants who are experts at PowerPoint but just don’t get it.

We are an independently owned, female founder-led business, made up of tenacious out-of-the-box thinkers who ‘talk startup’.

We come from different backgrounds and bring different perspectives. We’re driven by a passion for people, and for making an impact to those businesses impacting the world.

Whether it’s finding a co-founder for an early-stage business, building the first professional C-Suite, or finding a CEO to take the reins from a founder, we have the knowledge (and battle scars) from hiring over 600 leaders across the full breadth of leadership disciplines.

Being at the heart of the startup and scaleup ecosystem across both good times and bad, gives us an unparalleled perspective and insight into founder-led businesses.
But that’s not all… we leverage our unparalleled connections and market insights to provide value-add services to investors and businesses:

• Investor due diligence
• Org design and build
• Salary benchmarking
• Leadership assessments
• Advisor network introductions
• Long-term talent pipelines
