**Job Title:** Risk Operations Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Provide operational support to the Risk team’s Client Due Diligence, Vendor Risk Management, Policy Management, and Training Oversight programs. Coordinate due diligence activities, maintain policy documentation, and oversee annual mandatory training, working cross‑functionally with stakeholders across business units, technology, and compliance teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver timely, accurate responses to client due diligence requests.
- Ensure policies and training processes are current, well‑documented, and audit‑ready.
- Develop reporting and identify improvement opportunities within risk operations.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to and track client due diligence requests, storing documentation in shared systems.
- Review, update, and organize policy documents as part of policy management.
- Oversee the annual mandatory training cycle: coordinate with leads, monitor completion, and support regulatory/audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance, etc.) on due diligence, vendor risk assessments, policy updates, and training initiatives.
- Utilize existing tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, AI, Monday.com) to execute duties.
- Produce and enhance reports related to client due diligence, vendor risk, policy status, and training compliance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements across responsibilities.
**Required Skills:**
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, or related function in financial services/fintech.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand business processes and technologies across a trading firm.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking.
- Collaborative mindset with independent work capability across all levels.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Confluence, SharePoint, AI, and task management/reporting tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Familiarity with GRC platforms (Archer, KY3P, Whistic).
- Prior exposure to vendor risk assessments, client due diligence, or policy management is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, English, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of GRC, risk, or compliance frameworks is advantageous.
