Group Details

Tradeweb is seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to support our Risk team’s Client Due Diligence, Vendor Risk Management, Policy Management and Training Oversight programs. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and vendors to coordinate due diligence requests, assist on vendor risk assessments, and support the maintenance of policy documents and Training Oversight. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across business units, corporate functions, and technology teams in a highly cross-functional capacity.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and respond to client due diligence requests, ensuring all activities are tracked and responses are properly documented and stored
Assist in the ongoing review, maintenance, and organization of policy documents as part of the firm’s Policy Management
Provide oversight of Tradeweb’s annual mandatory training cycle under the Training Oversight Program, including coordination with training leads, monitoring completion, and supporting regulatory and audit readiness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to support client due diligence reviews, vendor management, policy document updates and Training updates
Leverage existing tools and processes to execute job responsibilities
Develop and enhance reporting with regards to areas of responsibility
Proactively identify and recommend improvement opportunities across areas of responsibility

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, or a related function within financial services, fintech, banking, consulting, or applicable industries
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, English, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly understand business processes and underlying technologies across Tradeweb businesses
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance, and others
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, AI, and task management/reporting tools such as Monday.com
Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, KY3P, Whistic )
Prior exposure to vendor risk assessments, client due diligence processes or policy management is a plus
