**Job Title**
Marketing Event Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute marketing, exhibitions, roadshows, and training events for a professional audio brand. Manage end‑to‑end logistics, support sales and distributors with marketing materials, and provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the Marketing team.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a demanding event calendar on time and within budget.
- Ensure seamless logistics for stand builds, freight, and onsite setups.
- Provide reliable marketing support and maintain accurate event documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage company participation at exhibitions, roadshows, and training events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Oversee logistics: stand construction, contractor management, graphics, freight, equipment, and onsite setup.
- Coordinate in‑house and external training sessions from brief to post‑event follow‑up, including onsite support and hospitality.
- Process and fulfill marketing material requests for sales teams and distributors, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with email bulletins, newsletters, outbound communications, and upkeep of customer/distributor databases.
- Manage promotional merchandise inventory, ordering, and distribution.
- Provide general administrative support: travel booking, meeting coordination, record maintenance, and shared drive organization.
**Required Skills**
- Experience in administrative, PA, office coordination, or marketing support roles.
- Prior exposure to event, exhibition, conference, or training coordination, preferably B2B.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with basic marketing tools (email platforms, CRM, simple CMS) – willing to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational ability, managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and distributors.
- Detail‑oriented, with an eye for accuracy and quality.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- No mandatory certifications required; event‑management or marketing‑automation certifications are a plus.
