Job Description

**Job Title:** Solutions Architect **Role Summary:** Design and deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions for enterprise SaaS customers, focusing on AI‑driven automation, data pipelines, and integration architectures. Serve as the technical liaison between sales, product, and engineering to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and measurable business impact. **Expectations:** - 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS. - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical stakeholders. - Track record of delivering automation, AI/ML, or data pipeline projects at scale. - Strong communication skills for demos, RFP responses, and post‑deployment advisory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct discovery workshops with enterprise clients to capture business challenges and technical requirements. - Design and document architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and data exchange models (REST/JSON). - Produce solution proposals, technical specifications, and RFP responses. - Support sales cycles with technical demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and stakeholder presentations. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to validate feasibility and influence product road‑maps. - Provide ongoing architectural guidance during implementation and act as a trusted advisor after deployment. **Required Skills:** - Enterprise SaaS architecture and integration expertise. - Proficiency with APIs (REST/JSON) and complex data exchange patterns. - Experience with automation/low‑code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) or similar ecosystems. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data pipeline design. - Strong documentation skills (architecture diagrams, solution briefs). - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or vendor‑specific automation platform certifications.
