About the Company

Double Down Group (DDG) is an extremely unique executive search and advisory firm that brings a fresh perspective to placing highly qualified talent at premier firms within the financial technology and financial services industries.

Founder, John Dolan, brings 20+ years of experience within the investment technology industry holding various leadership positions across sales, business development, product management, customer success and account management at BlackRock, SS&C Eze and a startup/scaleup called Rebar Systems. He has also run and developed regional offices and teams in both the US and the UK.

Along with this experience comes a massive network within both the fintech and finserv spaces, having worked in some capacity with more than 100 financial technology firms and over 1000 hedge funds, asset managers, asset servicers and other buy and sell side institutions.

Clients choose to work with DDG because we are two steps ahead of the process before it even begins - we not only personally and professionally know many of the candidates we will be placing but we also have a deep understanding of the roles we are placing them in.

In addition, not only do we provide advisory services for the search process, but also consulting services regarding the investment technology industry where relevant. This includes discussing the current, past and future landscape of the industry and the pertinent players in it (nothing confidential).

DDG is also supported by official advisor, Sean Dowling, who has over 18 years experience within the staffing industry at various well known firms.
