**Job title**
Senior SAP Functional Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end SAP functional projects focused on Logistics (MM), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO). Own project scope, budget, vendor selection, and implementation. Drive change management and ensure smooth transition to operations. Act as trusted advisor to business units and steering committees.
**Expectations**
- Manage multiple large‑scale SAP projects independently.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP functional requirements and solution design.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Project Leadership – Define scope, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
2. Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, and select SAP implementation partners; oversee contract terms and performance.
3. Steering Committee – Organize and lead project steering meetings; report status, risks, and mitigation actions to senior leadership.
4. Requirements Gathering – Work with business, functional analysts, and external partners to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
5. Implementation Oversight – Coordinate system design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cut‑over activities.
6. Change Management – Plan and execute training, communication, and adoption initiatives; ensure user readiness.
7. Quality Assurance – Monitor deliverables, conduct reviews, and enforce SAP best practices.
8. Post‑Go‑Live Support – Facilitate handover to operations; address early adoption issues and optimize processes.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of SAP functional project management experience.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Logistics (MM); solid knowledge of FI and CO modules.
- Proven ability to lead projects autonomously, from scope to handover.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French (full professional proficiency).
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and structured approach to complex requirements.
- Ability to simplify solutions and drive continuous improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Materials Management or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
