**Job Title:** Sr Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead enterprise‑wide, cross‑functional technology programs that deliver innovation, modernization, and operational excellence. Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives such as cloud migration, Zero‑Trust security, infrastructure automation, and digital platform rollouts. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑impact projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and scale governance, delivery models, and operational mechanisms for global initiatives.
- Apply Agile/Lean practices to drive incremental value and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle: conception, planning, execution, post‑implementation review.
- Develop detailed project plans, technical workstreams, and milestone tracking across multiple domains.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable deliverables and timelines.
- Facilitate collaboration among infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams; review architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPI/OKR tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Drive strategic initiatives: Zero‑Trust deployment, cloud‑native platform adoption, network modernization, automation enablement.
- Coordinate vendor engagements, RFP processes, and third‑party integrations.
- Communicate progress and risks to C‑level stakeholders, steering committees, and governance boards.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong project management and program leadership with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud, infrastructure, security, and network technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Lean frameworks, Scrum Master or similar certifications preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build governance, frameworks, and delivery models at enterprise scale.
- Analytical mindset with capability to define and track KPIs/OKRs.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification highly desirable.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification appreciated.
