**Job Title:** Senior Vice President, Growth **Role Summary:** Lead and scale a full‑stack growth engine that transforms product value into sustained market demand across multiple regulated markets. Own growth strategy, narrative, product marketing, and analytics, driving activation, retention, and expansion. Operate closely with product, sales, partnerships, and data teams as part of the commercial leadership. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable, predictable growth with a strong experimentation and data‑driven culture. - Establish the company’s market positioning and category narrative, expanding into the U.S. and later global markets. - Build and mentor a high‑performance growth team; set cadence, goals, and performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** 1.
