The role

Own and build a predictable, compounding growth engine that turns product truth into sustained market demand.

This is a full-stack Growth leadership role across four pillars:

• Narrative and brand. Make a complex, regulated product clear, credible and inevitable

• Content and distribution. Create a compounding authority and pipeline engine

• Product marketing. Positioning, launches, enablement, proof and pricing input

• Growth analytics. Forecasting, experimentation and decision-grade measurement

You will lead senior leaders and ICs, build the operating system for growth and work in lockstep with Product, Sales, Partnerships and Data as part of the commercial leadership team.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across markets

• Build the goals, cadence, experimentation framework and review rhythm that make performance predictable

• Create the category narrative and proof architecture

• Establish product marketing as a company capability

• Implement lifecycle and funnel systems that drive activation, retention and expansion

• Enable multi-market expansion with a near-term US focus

• Hire, coach and raise the bar for a high-performing team

Who you are

• Have led a full-stack Growth function in a fast-scaling environment

• Builds systems, not campaigns

• Combines strategic judgement with analytical depth

• Can translate complex or regulated products into clear market truth

• Is deeply credible with Sales, Product and executive stakeholders

• Brings enterprise and US market experience

Backgrounds in high-velocity, credibility-driven environments such as fintech, payments, marketplaces or infrastructure software are especially relevant.
