**Job title**: Freelance Power Platform and Coaching Specialist
**Role Summary**:
Provide end‑to‑end Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse) and deliver coaching, mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing activities to upskill business users, citizen developers, and IT teams.
**Expactations**:
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable Power Platform solutions within agreed timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor on platform best practices, architecture, licensing, and governance.
- Produce clear documentation, training materials, and community content to promote platform adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
2. Coach and mentor business users, citizen developers, and IT teams on Power Platform tools and governance.
3. Create guides, documentation, and technical articles; maintain an internal knowledge base.
4. Lead workshops, training sessions, and one‑on‑one coaching to build internal capability.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
6. Implement and maintain governance frameworks for Power Platform environments.
7. Keep abreast of Microsoft updates and new Power Platform features, sharing insights with the community.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, licensing, and governance.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or training experience with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating articles, blogs, or documentation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or related certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
