**Job title:** Senior Key Account Executive
**Role Summary:**
Lead the acquisition and expansion of strategic multi‑site enterprise accounts in a high‑growth, B2B SaaS environment. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving substantial ARR and delivering solutions that enhance local customer experience.
**Expectations:**
- Consistently build and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a disciplined, data‑driven approach using the MEDDIC framework and Salesforce.
- Build and nurture relationships with C‑level stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with BDR, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect, map, and engage decision makers at multi‑site organizations, qualifying opportunities and cultivating a robust pipeline.
- Own end‑to‑end sales cycle (needs assessment, solution demos, proposal, negotiation, close) for ARR 20‑40 k per account.
- Apply MEDDIC methodology and data metrics to prioritize and qualify prospects.
- Partner closely with BDR, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to secure and onboard new accounts.
- Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date data in Salesforce; produce reliable forecasts and activity reports.
- Mentor peers and share best practices to continuously improve sales processes.
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events and client meetings.
- Participate in quarterly reviews and business case presentations.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years as a Senior/Key Account Executive in mid‑market or enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated success closing deals with ARR 20‑40 k for multi‑site or multi‑branch accounts.
- Full‑cycle sales experience with complex, multi‑stage deals.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) for demos, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms).
- Strong understanding and application of the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Analytical mindset with rigorous CRM discipline and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Creative, solution‑oriented, and resilient in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Collaborative, self‑motivated, and comfortable working across functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Sales methodology certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler) are advantageous but not mandatory.
