TEAM

You will join the Sales department, made up of nearly 35 people, whose mission is to Delivering long-term growth by leading strategic accounts through complex sales processes with significant business impact.

Your team, BDR, is composed of nearly 20 people. Its role is to expanding Partoo’s market share by landing high-value opportunities, acting as a direct bridge to the Account Executive teams.

You will report directly to Jérémie Zeitoun, our Head Of Global Business Development.

MISSIONS

Contact prospects via multiple touchpoints in order to obtain qualified appointments with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital).
Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions
Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers
Work hand in hand with the International Sales team to increase their sales force, develop sales and help build a first class team.
Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads through reminders, personalised and creative messages to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions.
Achieve weekly objectives of creating new opportunities and concrete sales
Generate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives.
Prospect new accounts in the region
Keep clean data on Salesforce, your main CRM tool

Experiences & Skills

First experience required, experience in sales/business development is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic is a plus)
Good organisation skills
Dynamic, agile and always positive
Loves challenges
A genuine desire to grow and learn about the industry
Good analytical skills

First Interview (30min) - Clément Lumeau, Talent Acquisition Expert.
A business case study to do at home, which you will present at your next interview.
Business Case review with Jérémie Zeitoun, Head Of Global Business Development.
Final interview Julien Maillot, Head Of Talent, and Xavier Artiguebieille,CRO.

As part of our recruitment process at Partoo, at least one step takes place in our offices in Paris or Barcelona, to meet our teams in person.

Compensation

Proposed Package : fix + variable

Our compensation grids are built using the Figures tool, based on an internally defined career path with a strong focus on fairness across teams.

A quarterly 360° feedback is conducted with your manager, complemented by an annual compensation review based on performance and behavior.
