**Job Title:** Network Support Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Provide end‑to‑end network support for mission‑critical industrial and energy infrastructure projects, integrating IT and OT environments. Manage design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of network devices, and collaborate with SCADA/Controls teams during FAT/SAT testing and field deployments.
**Expectations:**
- 3+ years of experience in network support, administration, or engineering.
- Proficient in TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and network architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise hardware (Cisco or equivalent).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live/field environments.
- Exposure to SCADA, industrial, or OT environments is advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and integrate network topologies, IP schemes, and architectures for industrial sites.
- Configure and deploy servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Partner with Controls & SCADA teams for FAT/SAT testing and commissioning.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and system performance issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, cybersecurity configurations, and changes.
- Support field deployments and on‑site system integration.
**Required Skills:**
- TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewall configuration, and network architecture.
- Enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Troubleshooting in production and field environments.
- Knowledge of SCADA and industrial controls (preferred).
- Familiarity with Linux, scripting (Bash, Ansible), virtualization (VMware, Docker) (nice to have).
- Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, MQTT) (nice to have).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred.
