Now Hiring: Network Support Engineer (IT/OT | SCADA | Deployment)

Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Network Support Engineer to join a growing Network & Software Deployment team supporting mission-critical industrial and energy infrastructure projects.

If you have a strong foundation in networking and hardware systems and want hands-on experience with SCADA, industrial controls, and real-world deployment, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support network design and integration (topologies, IP schemes, architecture)
Configure and deploy servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Partner with Controls & SCADA teams on FAT/SAT testing and commissioning
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and system performance issues
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and configurations
Support field deployments and on-site system integration

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in network support, administration, or engineering
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewalls, and network architecture
Experience with enterprise hardware (Cisco or similar)
Ability to troubleshoot systems in live/field environments
Exposure to SCADA, industrial, or OT environments is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, MQTT)
Familiarity with Linux, scripting (Bash/Ansible), or virtualization (VMware/Docker)
Background in renewable energy, BESS, or industrial infrastructure
