**Role Summary**
Design, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns for a consumer‑goods brand, driving sales, retention, and brand engagement through data‑driven strategy and creative content.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑performance campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs for open, click‑through, and conversion rates.
- Maintain a consistent campaign cadence, ensuring timely launch of product, promotion, and retention flows.
- Uphold compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and e‑commerce teams to align email initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, build, and manage end‑to‑end email campaigns (product launches, promotions, newsletters, and retention journeys).
- Partner with designers and copywriters to produce on‑brand, visually compelling email content.
- Segment audiences and implement personalization strategies using customer data.
- Set up, test, and refine automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, re‑engagement).
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, images, and send times; analyze results to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics (open, CTR, conversion, revenue per email); generate analytical reports and actionable insights.
- Ensure all email assets comply with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and other regulatory requirements.
- Work cross‑functionally with e‑commerce, creative, and product teams to support launches and promotional activities.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a comparable digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in email platforms: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation best practices.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certification in email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo Certified Partner, HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist) is preferred.
