Process Quality Manager

Job Description

**Job Title:** Process Quality Manager **Role Summary:** Leads quality assurance across process operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, and product standards. Oversees raw material intake, production processes, and quality control to maintain product integrity and drive continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Ensure end-to-end quality compliance from raw material intake to final product. - Foster a proactive quality culture and audit readiness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances and implement improvements. - Maintain brand reputation through robust quality systems and incident management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and enforce incoming material inspection standards, supplier feedback, and sensory programs. - Monitor in-process quality parameters (Brix, pH, temperature) and resolve out-of-specification (OOS) decisions. - Implement and audit GMP, hygiene protocols, and allergen control procedures. - Lead quality incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Deliver GMP training, coach teams, and drive waste reduction through process optimization. - Prepare for BRCGS and retailer audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of findings. **Required Skills:** - Proven quality leadership in FMCG or food production. - Strong understanding of QMS, HACCP, GMP, and audit standards. - Experience in incident management, risk assessment, and non-conformance resolution. - Data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement expertise. - Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in QMS (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) preferred.
