**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager (EN/DE) **Role Summary** Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market potential in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, balancing direct and distributor sales to drive growth aligned with corporate objectives. **Expectations** Achieve revenue targets, strengthen distributor partnerships, and expand market share through strategic planning, prospecting, and performance-driven sales execution in assigned territories. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and implement localized sales strategies, action plans, and budgets for assigned markets. - Directly prospect end users and blenders for direct sales; recruit and manage distributor networks (agents, partners) via field visits and trade fairs. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements; manage credit committees and distributor performance KPIs. - Coordinate technical support for customers and ensure CRM data accuracy with sales performance tracking. - Collaborate with internal departments to optimize market intelligence, marketing tools, and service operations. - Monitor market trends, report on sales metrics, and adjust strategies to meet regional growth objectives. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the agri-food industry. - Expertise in prospecting, negotiation, pricing, and contract management. - Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems (e.g., Navision), and Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Professional English and German language fluency. **Required Education & Certifications** - Secondary or post-secondary diploma in sales, business, or related field. - Proven track record in sales leadership roles with measurable growth outcomes.
