Job Title: Digital Project Manager – SEAT & CUPRA (Full Time, Permanent)
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end digital initiatives for SEAT and CUPRA France, coordinating cross‑brand activities across CMS, e‑commerce, UX, and marketing. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment while driving digital transformation and ensuring consistent brand experience.
Expectations:
* 1‑3 years’ experience in digital or marketing project management.
* Strong command of French and English; Spanish basic knowledge is a plus.
* Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Hands‑on familiarity with CMS, UX/UI, SEO, web analytics, and e‑commerce platforms.
* Analytical, proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
* Plan, monitor, and report on digital projects (e.g., product page roll‑outs, commercial program updates, configurator enhancements).
* Manage task deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality across SEAT and CUPRA stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication between DIT, VWFS, Fleet Solutions, and brand teams.
2. Digital Transformation
* Identify and propose enhancements to web, e‑commerce, and UX flows.
* Conduct stakeholder workshops to align on customer journeys and digital strategy.
* Champion best practices in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe tools.
3. Content and Functional Governance
* Oversee webmastering and content updates for SEAT & CUPRA France sites.
* Track SEO and analytics performance; recommend optimisations.
* Ensure consistency of offers, configurations, and visual identity across digital touchpoints.
4. Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, status reports, and post‑project reviews.
* Provide performance insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
Required Skills:
* Project management tools: Jira, Atlassian suite.
* Productivity suite: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* CMS experience: AEM preferred; knowledge of Shopify, Prestashop, WooCommerce valued.
* Analytics: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, Adobe Target.
* SEO fundamentals and UX/UI principles.
* Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
* Ability to synthesize technical details and business requirements.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Digital, Marketing, Communication, Project Management, Business, or Engineering.
* No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with digital project frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous.
