Job Description
**Job Title** Business Development Manager EMEA **Role Summary** Drive scalable growth of IoT‑enabled asset tracking and visibility solutions within the airline and cargo sectors across EMEA. Lead end‑to‑end consultative sales, building strategic relationships with commercial, operations and IT stakeholders to translate technology into tangible business value. **Expectations** - Deliver new business and account expansion that meets or exceeds revenue targets. - Manage the full sales cycle independently while coordinating cross‑functional teams. - Maintain rigorous CRM data, forecasting and pipeline discipline. - Represent the company at customer engagements, industry events and conferences. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify and close high‑value B2B SaaS and IoT opportunities in the aviation and logistics space. - Design and present tailored solutions in collaboration with Pre‑Sales, Marketing and Product Management. - Develop account‑based strategies to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Build and sustain long‑term, trusted advisory relationships with senior decision‑makers. - Provide customer insights to influence product roadmap and go‑to‑market initiatives. - Travel regionally and internationally as required. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of B2B SaaS or IoT sales experience, ideally in logistics, air cargo or airline environments. - Proven consultative/value‑based selling and successful management of complex sales cycles. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology to operational outcomes. - Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. - Self‑starter with demonstrated initiative, priority setting and independent execution. - Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with Pre‑Sales, Marketing and Product teams. - Willingness to travel across EMEA. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Sales or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, SPIN Selling) are an advantage.
