Job Description
Job Title: EMEA Sales Development Representative – Cybersecurity Role Summary: Identify, qualify, and nurture B2B leads for cybersecurity solutions in key EMEA markets, enabling account executives to secure sales opportunities. Expectations: - 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity. - Proven ability to sell to large enterprises or public sector organizations. - Consistently meet or exceed qualification and activity targets. - Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Research and prospect ideal customer profiles across financial services, e‑commerce, government, and related industries. - Generate qualified sales opportunities via outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn, and events/webinars. - Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns using ICP and sales criteria. - Record all outreach and qualification activities accurately in Salesforce. - Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and supply relevant background research. - Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and market signals. - Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and product value propositions. Required Skills: - 1–2 years in a sales or business development role, ideally B2B SaaS or cybersecurity. - Experience selling to large enterprises or public sector entities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong research, personalization, and outbound prospecting abilities. - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - High self‑motivation, time management, resilience, and coachability. - Results‑driven mindset with a proven goal‑achievement track record. - Ability to articulate value propositions and understand new services quickly. - Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDPIC. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (helpful but not mandatory).
