About the Role:
As the EMEA Channel Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize channel partners, develop joint business plans, and drive successful execution of programs and initiatives. Your ultimate goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in channel management or business development
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology industry
Experience working with partners in the EMEA region
MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the EMEA region
Identify and prioritize channel partners, develop joint business plans, and drive successful execution of programs and initiatives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies
Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance, and make recommendations for improvement
Skills:
In this role, you will utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships with key channel partners. You will also leverage your analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute effective channel strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Due to continued accelerated growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative and strategic Manager of Email Marketing and Automation to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Lead Marketing Automation Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Email Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution and optimization of automated email campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Database Health Management: Perform regular cleanups to maintain a “healthy” database with active subscribers, including leads, customers, and partners.
Lead Enrichment: Maintain and improve the data-appending process to ensure missing lead information is populated from trusted sources.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Launch AB-tests to continuously optimize and improve performance of email nurturing streams.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of email marketing and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Platform Management: Support connections with Salesforce and other business-critical applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with marketing tools.
Lead Management: Maintain a lead scoring model. Work on updates and improvements in collaboration with other teams.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cyber security sector and understanding of its unique marketing challenges.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in marketing automation or digital marketing.
Global Experience: managing marketing campaigns across multiple regions and languages.
