Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – EMEA Role Summary: Spearhead new business development and market expansion across the EMEA region for a B2B software company. Act as an individual contributor driving prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure without people‑management duties. Expactations: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting, and demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a region‑specific sales strategy focused on high‑potential accounts and markets. - Build a sustainable pipeline through targeted prospecting, outbound campaigns, and networking. - Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, product demos, proposal creation, and contract negotiation. - Articulate a clear value proposition and maintain a consultative, trusted‑advisor approach with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, refine messaging, and communicate market feedback. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. - Provide regular pipeline and activity reports to the VP Sales and support continuous improvement of sales processes. Required Skills: - 7+ years B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting and closing new business in EMEA. - Strong understanding of the EMEA software/technology ecosystem; knowledge of Balkan and OTT/video streaming markets is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑starter mindset, high level of autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial drive. - Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed. - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - No specific industry certifications required.
