**Job Title:** Digital Paid Media Specialist **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for beauty/lifestyle brands. Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid media with strategic goals. **Expectations:** Proven experience in paid social/digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads preferred).
