Job Description
**Job title:** Technical Service Delivery Manager **Role Summary:** Ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT services to corporate clients, acting as the point of contact between operations and customers. Manage SLAs, incidents, change, and continuous improvement while building strong customer relationships and fostering business growth. **Expectations:** - Deliver services in line with contractual and SLA commitments. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution. - Drive process enhancements and support strategic account expansions. **Key Responsibilities (approx. % of time):** - *Service Delivery (30%):* Monitor and meet operational targets, log issues in ITSM, enforce ITIL principles. Provide technical guidance on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud‑based services. - *Customer Relationship Management (20%):* Lead service review meetings, act as primary contact for service matters, liaise with internal escalation teams and vendors. - *Data Analytics & Reporting (20%):* Track SLA performance, produce transparent service reports, communicate metrics to clients. - *Problem‑Solving & Process Improvement (15%):* Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement long‑term solutions, collaborate on workflow efficiencies. - *Strategic Collaboration & Business Growth (10%):* Work with Account Managers and Solutions teams to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen client relationships. - *Continuous Service Improvement (5%):* Recommend enhancements to service delivery processes and client experience. **Required Skills:** - Service Delivery Management experience in an MSP environment. - Strong background in technical operations, infrastructure, and customer‑facing service delivery. - Proven ability to manage large corporate clients (500+ staff). - Vendor‑agnostic networking (WAN, LAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi) expertise. - Microsoft stack and cloud (Azure, AWS) proficiency. - ITIL‑qualified (intermediate level preferred). - Familiarity with ITSM tools, e.g., Autotask. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - ITIL certification (Intermediate level or higher). - Relevant networking, Microsoft, or cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
