Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Role Summary
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of web, mobile, and custom applications. Execute end‑to‑end responsibilities across front‑end and back‑end technologies, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and strategists to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.
Expectations
- Strong coding and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Commercial experience in object‑oriented programming (Java, C#, PHP).
- Front‑end proficiency with React, Vue.js, Angular, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Back‑end experience with Node.js, scalable database design (MySQL, Hibernate/JPA), and web servers (Nginx/Apache).
- Willingness to learn emerging technologies such as .NET Core, Blazor, Ionic, etc.
- Ownership mindset, inspiring collaboration and project ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop full‑stack solutions for e‑commerce, business‑critical, and mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across front‑end and back‑end layers.
- Design and optimize scalable database schemas and queries.
- Deploy and manage applications on web servers, ensuring performance and security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, pixel‑perfect interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including tech talks and workshops.
Required Skills
- Object‑oriented programming: Java, C#, PHP
- Front‑end: React, Vue.js, Angular, SASS/LESS, responsive design
- Back‑end: Node.js, .NET Core (preference), RESTful APIs
- Databases: MySQL, Hibernate/JPA, relational design

Required Education & Certifications
