Job title: Business Analyst
Role Summary: Analyze, optimize, and document HR processes and data flows within a complex HR environment, ensuring alignment between HRIS systems, IT, and business requirements.
Expectations: Minimum 1‑3 years experience as a business analyst in HR; proven track record in a medium/large organization or social secretariat; fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document end‑to‑end HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, contract management, time registration, absences, payroll, role & access management).
- Work with HRIS platforms (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E‑Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.) to configure, test, and maintain system functionality.
- Define and maintain data models, quality standards, and integration flows (APIs, SCIM, CSV, identity lifecycle) between HR and IT.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and support change management initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of key HR processes: onboarding, contract types, time registration, absences, payroll, role and access control.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, etc.).
- Knowledge of API integration, SCIM standards, and data interchange formats (CSV, XML).
- Ability to model data flows, identify quality issues, and propose remediation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Multilingual communication (English + French or Dutch).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) or HRIS (SAP HR, SuccessFactors) highly desirable.
- Continuous learning in HR technology and data management practices.
