Title: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 12 months

Languages: English, French OR Dutch

At least 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst in an HR environment.

Proven experience in a social secretariat or a medium/large organization with complex HR processes.
Strong knowledge of key HR processes:
onboarding/offboarding (JMLR)
contract types
Time registration
Absences and payroll
Role and access management
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.).
Understanding of data quality, data models, and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIMs, CSV flows, identity lifecycles).
