Description
About the role:
As an HR Business Analyst – HRIS & Analytics, you'll play a key role in the further digitalization and optimization of our HR organization.
You'll enhance both the employee experience and the efficiency of our HR services by leveraging modern technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights.
You'll combine three domains:
HR technology (HRIS & HR tech),
process management & service optimization,
and HR analytics & reporting.
You'll work closely with HR, ICT, Data & Analytics, and line managers, becoming a key player in the transformation to a future-proof HR organization.
Your responsibilities
: HRIS & HR Technology:
You'll actively monitor the HR tech market and advise HR on new opportunities.
You'll build and manage the HRIS roadmap and monitor priorities.
You'll support colleagues with business analysis, change management, and system utilization.
You'll work in tandem with ICT for the functional and technical management of HRIS.
You'll monitor user experiences and ensure user-friendly HR tools.
Service and Process Optimization:
You'll map key HR processes and keep them up-to-date.
You'll support HR teams in improving, standardizing, and automating their processes.
You'll align HR process design with BAC's broader process management approach.
HR Analytics:
You'll help shape a clear vision and strategy for HR analytics.
As SPOC, you'll work closely with the Data & Analytics team on priorities and ongoing projects.
You'll advise HR and business stakeholders based on data, analyses, and trends.
You'll build, maintain, and promote HR dashboards and reporting.
You'll measure customer satisfaction with HR business information and make adjustments where necessary.

Must Have
Demonstrable experience in a similar position within the HR domain • 3 years, Intermediate level
Demonstrable experience within HR domains with generalist content • 5 years, Senior level
Aantoonbare ervaring in SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud) — modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning (LMS), Compensation • 3 years, Intermediate level
Demonstrable project management experience in HR, HRIS, digitalization, or process optimization projects (including planning, follow‑up, stakeholder management, and change management) • 3 years, Intermediate level
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) in social sciences or HRM • Required: Yes
Strong oral and written knowledge of Dutch, French, and English • Required: Yes
Should Have
Demonstrable experience in database management or integrations • Desired: Yes
Demonstrable experience in SAC, Planpoint, and/or Xaurum (considered a plus) • Desired: Yes
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) • Desired: Yes
Demonstrable experience in social legislation • Desired: Yes
