**Job Title:** Test Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of end‑to‑end testing strategies for high‑profile London Market digital transformation programs. Ensure quality across the insurance lifecycle—placing, underwriting, delegated authority, accounting, settlement, and claims—within a multi‑vendor, multi‑party ecosystem.
**Expectations:**
- Own and deliver comprehensive test strategies and execution plans.
- Manage onshore and offshore testing teams (functional, integration, UAT).
- Drive defect management, reporting, and go‑live readiness.
- Align testing activities with market data standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with brokers, carriers, MGAs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, implement, and maintain test strategy for Blueprint Two and related programs.
- Lead testing on core platforms (PPL, Whitespace, DXC DPS, DDM, Digital Spine/Gateway).
- Oversee testing across the full insurance lifecycle, from placement to claims.
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across global teams.
- Produce test reports, quality metrics, and defect logs; assess readiness for production release.
- Ensure adherence to ACORD GRLC, Core Data Record (CDR), and other data compliance requirements.
- Engage with external ecosystem participants to validate end‑to‑end processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as Test Manager/Senior Test Manager in London Markets or specialty insurance.
- Hands‑on testing experience with London Market platforms (e.g., PPL, Whitespace, DPS, DDM).
- Successful delivery on large, complex, multi‑vendor transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of Blueprint Two initiatives and evolving market operating models.
- Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with commercial lines platforms (Guidewire, Novidea, Send) – desirable.
- Experience with automation‑first testing, integration‑heavy environments, cloud and API‑led architecture – desirable.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSQA) are a plus but not mandatory.
