**Job Title** VP Sales EMEA – High Growth PE‑Backed SaaS Business **Role Summary** Lead and scale the EMEA revenue engine for a private‑equity‑backed B2B SaaS company targeting $1 bn ARR. Own overall EMEA performance, govern a 40‑person GTM organization, and deliver consistent quota attainment through net‑new logo acquisition. **Expectations** - Full ownership of EMEA revenue results. - Drive net‑new ARR growth from scratch, maintaining predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy. - Build and maintain a scalable sales leadership structure. - Align and influence regional GTM strategy in partnership with CRO and global revenue leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Direct and mentor a matrixed sales organization (≈40 staff, 10+ quota‑carrying reps). - Manage 2+ regional sales leaders and oversee a book of business >$100 M ARR. - Own revenue forecasting, pipeline development, and quota setting for EMEA. - Execute enterprise new‑business acquisition, focusing on high‑value customers. - Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to drive go‑to‑market initiatives. - Report regularly to CRO and board‑level stakeholders on performance and strategy. **Required Skills** - Proven senior B2B SaaS sales leadership in high‑growth or PE‑backed environments. - Strong track record of achieving enterprise new‑business targets and growing ARR >$100 M. - Experience leading large, distributed sales teams across EMEA. - Deep knowledge of MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodologies. - Metrics‑driven mindset with strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen. - Excellent people‑management, coaching, and stakeholder‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Sales certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Gartner, or equivalent) advantageous. ---
