Zearch are retained on the search for VP of Sales, EMEA on behalf of a PE-Backed High-Growth SaaS business that are out growing their competition globally.

Our client are a private-equity-backed B2B SaaS company that are journeying towards $1bn ARR and are entering a critical next phase of scale. The business is hiring a VP of Sales, EMEA to lead revenue growth with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition in EMEA.

The Opportunity

•Full ownership of EMEA revenue performance

•Leadership of a matrixed GTM organisation of circa 40. With 10+ Quota Carrying reps.

•Managing 2+ leaders in EMEA

•Clear mandate to accelerate net new business growth

•Significant influence on regional GTM strategy

•Close partnership with CRO and global revenue leadership

What Success Looks Like

•Consistent EMEA quota attainment

•Material increase in net-new ARR contribution

•Predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy

•Scalable sales leadership structure

Ideal Background

•Senior sales leader within B2B SaaS, HCM, ERP, E-invoicing, Martech, E-Learning, Analytics, breakthrough high growth SaaS Applications

•Experience in PE-backed and/or high-growth environments

•Proven leadership of large, distributed EMEA sales teams

•Strong enterprise new-business track record

•Commercially driven, metrics-focused, people-centric

•Managed a book of business in excess of $100M ARR

•MEDDIC/Other Sales Methodology
