**Job Title:** Release Manager **Role Summary** Build and lead a high-velocity, high-integrity software delivery function, ensuring seamless transition from code completion to production-ready deployments in mission-critical AI systems. **Expectations** Hands-on role for a pragmatic, execution-focused professional who prioritizes real-world workflows over rigid process frameworks. Requires technical literacy in deployment pipelines and a bias for unblocking delivery over theoretical planning. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and own end-to-end release lifecycle, including branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment protocols. - Coordinate QA testing (regression, integration) to ensure robust validation without bureaucratic delays. - Align R&D engineering teams and deployment leads to synchronize development output with operational capacity. - Maintain release documentation and proactively communicate stakeholder timelines/risk to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in Release Management, Technical Delivery, or Technical Program Management (TPM) within B2B SaaS or Deep Tech environments. - Technical understanding of branching models, rollback mechanisms, and environment stability. - Strong process design skills to optimize engineering workflows and reduce friction in delivery. - Advanced proficiency in Jira/Atlassian tools for task tracking and team coordination. - High self-initiative to resolve blockers independently (e.g., troubleshooting build pipelines). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Preferred (but not mandatory): Certifications in ITIL, Agile Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.
