Drive new business acquisition and contract renewals, build a high‑quality pipeline of prospects, and secure revenue targets through consultative selling and compelling pitches. **Expectations:** - Exceed individual and company sales targets. - Maintain a 90 %+ renewal rate for existing key accounts. - Keep accurate forecasting and CRM data to enable visibility of pipeline and risks. - Represent the brand at industry events and strengthen market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Proactively source, engage, and convert high‑quality new business opportunities across the firm’s insight, data, and consultancy solutions. 2. Identify and nurture ad‑hoc consultancy and strategic projects, building a strong, qualified pipeline of new logo prospects. 3. Lead high‑impact pitches, demos, and commercial conversations, articulating how insights solve client challenges and accelerate performance. 4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, research) to align opportunities with broader business initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience selling data subscriptions, market insights, or consultancy projects. - Proven track record of closing deals and converting pipelines into revenue. - Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities. - Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling value propositions for senior stakeholders. - Confident storyteller and presenter, comfortable leading pitches and commercial discussions. - Self‑starter with ambition, resilience, and a consistent record of exceeding targets. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications required, though experience with data‑analytics tools and sales methodology frameworks is advantageous.
