**Job Title:** Senior Growth Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute multi‑channel acquisition and demand‑generation initiatives for a B2B SaaS product, driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through data‑driven experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver consistent improvements in CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Build scalable growth processes from the ground up.
- Align messaging and targeting with defined ICP across product, sales, and customer‑success teams.
- Maintain a rigorous test‑and‑learn mindset with clear reporting of results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit).
- Develop and manage SEO and content strategies, including keyword research and backlink acquisition.
- Create, test, and refine landing pages and lead magnets; oversee CRO testing with developers.
- Execute email activation and engagement programs using marketing automation (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
- Build and manage partnership, affiliate, and influencer programs to acquire new customers.
- Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, conversion).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to define ICP, messaging, and demand‑generation priorities.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years B2B SaaS growth, performance, or demand‑generation marketing experience.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with PLG or hybrid PLG‑PLS models.
- Strong command of funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, conversion).
- Proficiency in SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation tools.
- Advanced analytics skills; comfortable with A/B testing and data visualization.
- Excellent copywriting and wireframing for landing pages.
- Data‑driven mindset, bias toward action, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant digital‑marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are advantageous.
