The company has grown rapidly through acquisition and innovation, now operating from over a dozen offices across the UK with a team of 800+. The Role

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on creating campaigns that generate tangible business outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership, you’ll plan, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes designed to drive leads, pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels targeting UK SMEs.
Define campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting frameworks to track ROI.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create messaging that converts.
Partner with agencies across SEO, PPC, PR, and creative to deliver best-in-class marketing activity.
Manage and optimise campaigns through platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Analyse campaign data to identify performance insights and continuously improve outcomes.
Support the wider marketing transformation by helping to embed demand generation as a core business function.

About you:

Experience in B2B marketing (financial services, fintech, SaaS)
Proven experience planning and executing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
Strong analytical mindset – confident using data to influence decisions.
Excellent communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Energetic, resourceful, and excited to build something new within a fast-paced, evolving business.
