Job title: L2 IMAC Support Engineer Role Summary: Provide on‑site and remote Install‑Move‑Add‑Change (IMAC) support, incident resolution, and staging for hardware and software environments across multiple sites. Coordinate with client IT teams to maintain high quality service delivery. Required Skills: - 3+ years of L1/L2 support experience. - Expertise in PCs, desktops, smartphones, and video‑conferencing systems. - Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals. - Active Directory administration skills. - Software installation and troubleshooting proficiency. - Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent). - Independent work capability, strong team collaboration. - Valid driving license.
