As an L2 IMAC Support Engineer, you will provide on-site and remote support for one of our major transportation clients in Brussels. Your mission includes handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, incident resolution, and staging tasks for various hardware and software environments.

You will work across multiple sites in Brussels and collaborate closely with the client’s IT teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities?

Perform on-site and remote IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).
Handle incident resolution for hardware and software issues.
Support and maintain PCs, desktops, laptops, smartphones, and video conferencing equipment.
Execute software installations and staging activities for laptops and desktops.
Manage digital kiosk activities and conferencing room equipment.
Utilize ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with client standards and operational procedures.
Participate in stand-by rotations (24/7) when required.

What do you already bring to the table?

Solid experience in L1/L2 support activities.
Strong knowledge of: Hardware: PCs, desktops, smartphones, conferencing systems.
Networking basics: LAN/WAN.
Active Directory administration.
Software installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Driving license (mandatory).
Languages: French (B2) and Dutch (B2).
On-site presence 5 days/week in Brussels.
