Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Data & Enterprise Systems teams to translate business needs into executable data solutions. Deliver actionable insights using analytics tools, maintain data quality, and drive improvement in reporting and process efficiency through an Agile framework. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, data‑driven insights that inform business decisions. - Maintain high data integrity and consistency across enterprise systems. - Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize backlog items and provide timely support. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality and governance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business needs into user stories with data‑driven acceptance criteria. - Design test scripts, conduct validation of data solutions, and liaise with stakeholders on quality. - Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery prioritization. - Provide first and second‑line support for data products and reporting applications. - Build and maintain scalable, high‑quality data solutions that surface actionable patterns. - Create BPMN process diagrams to model business workflows. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure accurate datasets for reporting. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Excel, T‑SQL, and Power BI. - Experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps CI/CD environments. - Strong verbal and written communication, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, EPM). - Familiarity with data management best practices and visualisation techniques. - Ability to create BPMN diagrams and understand process modelling. - Growth mindset and adaptability to changing requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile/Business Analysis credentials are advantageous.
