Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Role Summary: Senior ServiceNow architect specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to design, implement, and maintain scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions across enterprise clients.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end architectural direction, lead technical decision‑making, mentor development teams, and ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate functional requirements into ServiceNow CSM technical designs.
- Produce architecture blueprints and functional specifications for CSM implementations.
- Design, develop, and manage integrations with external platforms (CRM, ERP, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Azure, AWS) using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Oversee full project lifecycle: concept, development, testing, deployment, and post‑deployment support.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, including consolidation, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Establish technical governance, coding standards, and best‑practice frameworks.
- Resolve complex ServiceNow CSM issues as a subject‑matter expert.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams; conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate solution fit and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
Required Skills:
- Proven ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in CSM modules, workflows, and portals.
- Minimum 3 full‑lifecycle ServiceNow projects led.
- Strong integration capabilities: REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub spokes, and flow designer.
- Experience with external system integrations: Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Azure, AWS.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Proficient in instance consolidation, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership abilities: assertive, confident, and effective mentor.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified Solution Architect (Enterprise Architecture or Product Architecture) preferred.
