**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) **Role Summary:** A high‑energy entry‑level sales professional responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification to generate qualified appointments for the business development team. Provides foundational sales experience and a clear path to senior sales roles. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent outbound outreach (calls, emails) to target accounts. - Meet or exceed weekly call volume, qualification, and meeting‑booking targets. - Demonstrate continuous improvement in communication, product knowledge, and sales acumen. - Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment and contribute to team goals. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to identified prospects. 2. Qualify leads using established criteria (budget, need, authority, timeline). 3. Book qualified meetings or demos for senior sales or account‑management teams. 4. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM. 5. Participate in regular coaching, training, and team meetings. 6. Provide feedback on messaging and market trends to improve outreach effectiveness. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset and resilience. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes. - Basic understanding of sales fundamentals and pipeline management. - Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement platforms (preferred). - Team player with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. - No prior sales experience required; relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Sales Training courses) are advantageous but not mandatory.
