**Job title**
Business Development Coordinator – Global Experiences
**Role Summary**
Supports the expansion of Authentic Live’s experiential portfolio worldwide by researching prospects, developing early‑stage concepts, building partnership briefs, and coordinating proposal, legal, and pipeline processes. Works under the VP of Global Business Development, focusing on sports, cultural, music, and hospitality partners that can leverage Authentic’s IP into revenue‑generating live experiences.
**Expectations**
- Deliver timely, data‑driven market insights and opportunity analyses.
- Produce clear, actionable materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, briefs).
- Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date tracking of deal progress, legal status, and financial metrics.
- Collaborate effectively across legal, finance, operations, production, brand, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, maintaining documentation and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Opportunity Scouting** – Identify emerging partnerships for Authentic IP in U.S. and global markets (sports leagues, cultural events, music, hospitality).
2. **Business Development Research** – Compile data on leagues, venues, agencies, and brands investing in experiential strategies; assess revenue potential and partnership fit.
3. **Experience Concept Support** – Assist in early‑stage concept development, aligning IP, audience, territory, talent, and cultural relevance.
4. **Category & Territory Mapping** – Create briefs outlining market dynamics, league calendars, brand presence, and whitespace analysis.
5. **Proposal & Revenue Support** – Prepare pitch decks, case studies, opportunity snapshots, capability sheets, and pricing frameworks.
6. **Sales & Partner Coordination** – Manage deal‑flow trackers, follow‑up schedules, and visibility of revenue progress.
7. **Legal Support & Processing** – Route NDAs, event agreements, and term sheets; track versions, approvals, and signatures.
8. **Cross‑Functional Alignment** – Coordinate with operations, production, brand, legal, finance, and marketing for deck inputs, budgets, timelines, and approvals.
9. **Pipeline Visibility & Reporting** – Maintain and update business development trackers, summarise active opportunities, next steps, and partner status.
**Required Skills**
- Market research & competitive analysis in sports, entertainment, and experiential sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise, persuasive materials.
- Project management and organizational proficiency; experience with deal‑flow tracking tools.
- Understanding of contract fundamentals (NDAs, term sheets, event agreements).
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams.
- Detail‑oriented, data‑driven decision making.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM or business development tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
