Job Description

**Job Title:** Solutions Architect **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end technical design and governance for large‑scale data platform projects within the private markets sector. Serve as the primary technical authority, shaping scalable architectures, ensuring delivery quality, and driving innovation in data modeling, integration, and security. **Expectations:** - Deliver technically robust, high‑quality solutions that meet or exceed client standards. - Provide decisive leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and technical teams alike. - Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal architecture standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own technical governance and architecture for complex client engagements. - Design scalable data architectures, tabular models, and security frameworks. - Make and defend architectural decisions, balancing quality, risk, and delivery constraints. - Guide teams on best‑practice data modeling, integration, and technology selection. - Act as the technical liaison between delivery teams and senior client stakeholders. - Drive innovation beyond existing practices to deliver smarter solutions. - Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing overall capability. - Contribute to evolving internal architecture standards and delivery frameworks. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in data architecture, BI/DWH design, and advanced data modeling. - Strong understanding of end‑to‑end solution design and system interactions. - Ability to design scalable security models and complex reporting structures. - Excellent stakeholder communication; able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. - Problem‑solving mindset with confidence to challenge and improve current approaches. - Broad technical awareness of BI tools, ETL, integration, and modern data platforms (e.g., Azure). - Experience in private markets is a plus; otherwise, strong curiosity and ambition are required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable. ---
