The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Solutions Architect, you’ll be the technical authority across ATLAS projects, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered to the highest standards.
You will:
Own end-to-end technical governance across complex client engagements
Take accountability for technical readiness and delivery quality across multiple projects, including decision-making and sign-off at key delivery points
Design robust, scalable data architectures, tabular models, and security frameworks
Make and stand behind architectural decisions, balancing quality, risk, and delivery constraints
Guide teams on best-practice data modelling, integration, and technology choices
Act as the technical bridge between delivery teams and senior client stakeholders
Think beyond “how it’s always been done” to drive innovation and smarter solutions
Mentor and develop junior team members, raising capability across the business
Contribute to evolving our internal architecture standards and delivery frameworks
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking a big-picture view, while still being hands-on when it adds value or mitigates risk.
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in data architecture, BI/DWH design, and advanced data modelling
Deep understanding of end-to-end solution design and system interactions
Confidence designing scalable security models and complex reporting structures
Excellent stakeholder communication — you can explain complex ideas simply
A problem-solver’s mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve existing approaches
Broad technical awareness across BI tools, ETL, integration, and modern data platforms (e.g. Azure)
Private Markets experience is a plus — curiosity, intelligence, and ambition are essential.
