Define, evolve, and govern architectures that align customer requirements with security and architectural best practice.
Contribute to divisional and business roadmaps, identifying opportunities for technology insertion and innovation.
Lead technical reviews, trade-off studies, and risk assessments for major design decisions.
Mentor and coach architects and engineers, raising capability across the technical community.
Represent the organisation at senior customer forums, technical boards, and industry events.
Support business development activities, including technical design, bids, and proposal development.
Champion best practice, reuse, and model-based design approaches across the architecture community.

Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, MODAF, or NAF.
Knowledge of 3GPP technical standards.
Advanced understanding of secure system design principles and cyber security standards.
Experience shaping architectures in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.

Desirable Experience

Industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate).

Knowledge of mission-critical communications, emergency services environments, or related standards.
Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and enterprise strategy.
Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments.
Familiarity with service design, operational transformation, and digital modernisation.
Exposure to cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and automation.
Experience presenting at technical boards, customer forums, or industry conferences.

This is not an exhaustive list. We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement but demonstrate a strong technical foundation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
